The dirtbag to your right is Rex Reid Davey, 41, of Kings Mountain, NC.Davey has been charged with indecent liberties with a child and four counts of first degree sex offense with a child after law enforcement officers said he inappropriately touched a child and had the child perform sex acts.

There is also a photo of Davey posing with the Mayor of Kings Mountain, Rick Murphrey. I'm sure Mr. Murphrey will be thrilled to know he had the pleasure of meeting such a fine, upstanding member of his constituency.
Davey is being held at the Cleveland County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond. His next scheduled court date is July 2. Let's hope he doesn't see the outside of a jail cell in a long, long time. Namely, the rest of his miserable life.
